What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all suites at Acrisure Stadium (formerly Heinz Field). The menu includes a wide range of food and beverage options provided by Aramark Catering. Suite rentals at Acrisure Stadium do not include catering in the cost of the suite, so be sure to allocate additional budget if you would like to have food and drink in the suite.

Parking and Transportation

Acrisure Stadium (formerly Heinz Field) has nearly 30 parking lots (pre-sold and cash) in close vicinity to the stadium. Prepaid VIP parking passes for suite ticket holders can be valid in any number of lots surrounding the stadium and typically on the North Shore.

Safety and Well-being

All tickets going forward will be mobile this year at Acrisure Stadium (formerly Heinz Field). Not only will this help to limit contact between guests and staff but guests will also be able to receive the latest health and safety measures at Acrisure Stadium. Acrisure Stadium has also introduced touch-less restroom facilities.

Budget

Pittsburgh Steelers (NFL) suite prices can range from $12,000-$40,000 depending on team performance, opponent and suite size. Common 12-person and 14-person suites are priced between $12,000-$20,000 for most home games prior to catering expenses. Suite prices for Pittsburgh Panthers (NCAAF) football games typically cost between $1,000-$3,000.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code on the Acrisure Stadium suite levels. Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire; however, it is more common to see patrons in casual clothes or wearing team-branded apparel. All suites are individually climate-controlled. Retractable glass windows can be opened or closed throughout the game.

Venue Bag Policy

Acrisure Stadium (formerly Heinz Field) adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag Policy. Bags must be clear plastic or vinyl and cannot exceed 12"x 6"x 12". Backpacks, coolers and large purses are prohibited. Small clutches are permissible following screening. Laptops and tablets are also permitted inside Acrisure Stadium.

Entrances

Suite ticket holders are encouraged to use Suite Lobby B or Suite Lobby C entrances (located at the B and C gates respectively). The VIP Entrances open 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Child Ticket Policy

All guests, regardless of age, will require a valid event ticket for admission into Acrisure Stadium. Strollers are permitted at Acrisure Stadium. Suites can provide a private and secure environment for families and groups entertaining with younger children.

Kristina from SEG was always kind and made the experience easy to plan. All questions answered almost immediately. Kristina has helped us multiple times in past and has never disappointed. The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
