What to Expect After Purchasing

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email from our Customer Service team—yes, a real person! They will confirm your booking details and provide you with clear instructions for the ticket transfer process and placing a catering order.

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided and will be mobile-only. A customer service representative will follow up with additional instructions to help you access your tickets, including how to transfer them if needed.

Following your purchase, we will send you food & beverage menus and order instructions. There are no catering minimums, nor is catering required to purchase in advance of your event; you may also opt out entirely and choose to order food and drinks a la carte during the event or purchase items from stadium vendors and bring them back to your suite. Our Customer Service Team is here to assist you and offer personalized recommendations.

Catering

In-suite catering is available to purchase for all luxury suite rentals at Amerant Bank Arena. Catering is not typically included in the cost of a suite, so be sure to budget accordingly. Following your reservations, SEG will provide you with a copy of the suites catering menu. Catering can be ordered in advance of, or during, your event.

Parking and Transportation

VIP Parking at Amerant Bank Arena is in the Lexus Reserved Parking Lot off Panthers Parkway and near gate 6 or in lots B1, B2, C1 and C2. Additional VIP parking passes can be valid for the underground parking lot beneath the stadium. Parking lots open 4 hours prior to game time. Following events, the rideshare pick-up point is located at Gate 7.

Budget

The budget for a group outing at Amerant Bank Arena (formerly FLA Live Arena) depends on several factors. On average, suites will cost between $2,000-$3,500 per game for Florida Panthers (NHL) hockey games prior to any catering expenses. Groups typically spend another $50-$75 per person on in-suite catering. Suite prices will vary based on demand and availability.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for Club Level at Amerant Bank Arena. Corporate groups are typically dressed in business casual attire; however, it is more common for suite level patrons to be in casual attire or team-branded apparel. Suites are climate-controlled and feature a closet for coat storage.

Venue Bag Policy

Backpacks are strictly prohibited inside of the Amerant Bank Arena as are any bags or purses larger than 12"x12". All bags are subject to search before being allowed into the venue. Laptops are not permitted. iPad's and tablets are permissible for Florida Panthers (NHL) games, but not for concerts.

Entrances

VIP Doors are located at the Main Entrance of Amerant Bank Arena providing expedited entry for suite ticket holders. VIP Doors will open 90 minutes prior for Florida Panthers (NHL) games. General admission gates open 1 hour prior to puck-drop.

Child Ticket Policy

Children under 2 years of age do not require a separate ticket for admission to Florida Panthers (NHL) games. The child ticket policy for concerts and other special events may vary. Suites can provide a private and secure space for families and groups entertaining with younger children.

The negative would be a staff member of the event and nothing to do with SEG. We will be back for future events.

SEG customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing I can think of that they didn't tell me is that the Suites open 90 minutes before the game. I thought they were open 2 hours before the first pitch.

This was a birthday party for my wife. She had a Fantastic time! The suite was well appointed, the food and drink service, top notch. I can not say enough about them. Food services (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name) learned of the birthday and worked to find a cake for her, then presented it for the 7th inning stretch. Our hostess, Julia, worked to get some Jays swag as a gift for the birthday girl. All of this was done by them, no requests, that I know of, were made for such. I know there are some that would think that such is just the type of thing to be expected. I do not. From the greeting at the suite entrance desk to the end of the game, we had a fun and, VERY, memorable experience. Will recommend in the future and will make a repeat visit next season.
