Parking and Transportation

Caesars Superdome luxury suites typically come with complementary VIP parking passes in lots nearest to your corresponding suite entrance. Suite guests who desire to tailgate before the event should note that the parking lots open 5 hours in advance of the event and stay open through start-time.

Safety and Well-being

Caesars Superdome is committed to providing a safe environment for their fans. In response to the Coronavirus (COVID19) Caesars Superdome has increased the number of hand sanitizing stations throughout the stadium and has designated staff to regularly clean and sanitize all high-touch spaces.

Budget

Suites at Caesars Superdome can accommodate a range of budgets, depending on your event objectives. Suites for lesser-demand concerts or family events typically start at $5,000, while the best suites for marquis events like the College Football National Championship can reach $100,000.

Club Access

Luxury suite ticket holders are granted access to one or more of the six stadium clubs at Caesars Superdome. Depending on suite location, most suite tickets provide access to one of the club lounges on the 200 Level of the stadium, where premium food and beverage is available for purchase.

Dress Code

While some fans will choose to wear their favorite jersey to the event, other luxury box guests will be dressed in business casual attire. We recommend asking the host of your suite for their preferred attire during the event. Caesars Superdome suites include coat closets for your convenience.

Venue Bag Policy

Suite guests must adhere to the NFL bag policy for New Orleans Saints games and other events. All bags, purses, or backpacks over 4.5”x6.5” are not permitted. You can bring your belongings in your pockets, in a clutch approximately the size of your hand, or in a clear plastic bag.

Entrances

Gate A at Caesars Superdome has a designated entrance for suite ticket holders. In addition, the SE and NW Club Escalators are designated for suite and club ticket holders only. Depending on where you park, you can always enter at the closest stadium entrance before navigating to your suite.

Child Ticket Policy

The New Orleans Saints have one of the most lenient child ticket policies in the NFL. Children five or under do not require a ticket to enter the stadium, though they do require a ticket to sit in a dedicated seat. For non-Saints events, the age requirement can vary based on event-specific policy.
